Issued kit quality
We picked up a dozen for the department. Held up through a full shift rotation with no fraying at the loops. Coyote matches our existing gear well enough that nobody has complained.
Buy two
One on the pack, one on the truck headrest. Simple bit of kit that does exactly what it says. The eight loops mean it goes on basically anything.
Finally a carrier that fits my setup
Been running this on a plate carrier for four months, including two range weekends and a wet week in the Cascades. The lacing has not loosened once. I can get the ETQ out one-handed with gloves on, which was the whole reason I bought it.
Great, with one caveat
No complaints about the build. Took me a couple of goes to get the retention right for my belt width. Worth watching the mounting video first rather than guessing like I did.
Good but bulkier than I expected
Does the job and the quality is there. For everyday carry under a shirt it is more noticeable than I wanted, so I have moved mine to my pack and I am happy with it there.
